Rentals are available for experienced eFoil riders only. You must demonstrate competent riding ability before we hand over the board. New to eFoiling? Start with a lesson → Once you've flown, come back and rent. Many of our best rental customers took their first lesson with us.

Your gear is dialed in: wing, mast height, and power settings tuned to your specs. Take it to any lake or reservoir where eFoils are permitted and ride for the full rental duration.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 🏄 Previous eFoil experience required: must demonstrate competent riding ability
  • 🏊 Must be a competent swimmer
  • 📅 Must be 18 or older to rent
  • 🪪 Valid government-issued ID required at pickup
  • ⚖️ Maximum rider weight 250 lbs (300 lbs on Rider+)
  • 💳 Credit card on file required for damage deposit. Normal wear covered; significant damage from user error is renter's responsibility. Deposit released after gear inspection at return
  • 📋 Waiver required before session
  • 🦺 Provided life jacket and helmet must be worn while riding
  • 🎓 In-person safety, assembly & board care briefing required at pickup (up to 30 min)
  • 🔄 All gear returned clean and in the same condition. Rentals run in 24-hour increments from your scheduled pickup time

⚠ Restrictions

  • 🚫 No alcohol or drugs. Operating a motorized vessel while impaired is a state and federal crime
  • 🚫 Not suitable during pregnancy
  • ⚕️ Consult doctor before riding if you have heart, spine, or serious health conditions
  • ⚡ Stellar X — advanced riders only. Sub-80L boards require significant eFoil experience
  • 🌧️ We reserve the right to cancel in unsafe weather; full reschedule offered
  • ⏰ Cancellations within 48 hrs: reschedule credit, no cash refund

RENTAL FAQs

I've never eFoiled before — can I still rent?

Rentals require previous experience. If you're new to eFoiling, start with one of our lessons ($225 solo, less per person in a group). Once you've flown, you're ready to rent. Many of our best rental customers took their first lesson with us and came back the following weekend.
How does delivery work exactly?

We're based in Highland, UT. Pickup is always free — swing by at your scheduled time and we'll have everything assembled and batteries charged. If you'd prefer delivery, we can arrange that for a small fee. Give us a call and we'll figure out the details for your location.
Can I rent the Stellar X if I've ridden other eFoils before?

Maybe. The Stellar X is a 75L full-carbon performance board, significantly more demanding than the Rider boards. If you've ridden eFoils before but only on large-volume beginner boards, we may ask you to demonstrate on a Rider first. If you come from kiteboarding, surfing, or other foiling backgrounds, you'll likely adapt quickly. When in doubt, be honest with us and we'll set you up on the right board.
Can I take the board to a lake that's not on your permit list?

You may take the board to any public lake where eFoils are permitted. You're responsible for knowing local regulations. We'll brief you on Utah's rules before handoff. Private lakes are always fine. If you're unsure about a specific location, just ask us.
What happens if I damage the board?

Normal wear and minor scratches are expected and covered. Significant damage from user error (hitting rocks, dropping the foil on pavement, submerging electronics improperly) is the renter's responsibility. We carry a damage deposit on card that is released after gear is returned and inspected. We'll go over proper board care in detail before every multi-day rental.
Can I rent multiple boards at the same time?

Yes, you can rent multiple boards for your group in a single booking. If you need delivery, one delivery fee covers all boards — give us a call for details. Great for groups of friends who all have experience. If your group includes first-time riders mixed with experienced ones, consider booking a group lesson for the beginners alongside a rental for the experienced riders.
